Pressure Washing
The majority of sealcoating failures; premature wear, flaking, and peeling, is due to bonding problems of the sealcoat to the existing pavement surface. The pavement surface needs to be free of dirt and debris in order for maximum bonding to occur.
OSP utilizes 4000 p.s.i. pressure washers to clean the existing surface. In addition, we use a filtration system, which is required by the C & C of Honolulu, to capture the rinse water, filter it, and discharge the filtered rinse water into adjacent landscaping.
